The page scans are low resolution so you can't make out the text, and there's also a lot of white space around the content on every page, so you aren't making effective use of the screen real estate. I noticed this in several of her books or the character's name will change back and forth between two different names. As mentioned earlier, this is primarily a work of devotion and therefore not the book I'd give a Protestant to explain the Catholic veneration of Mary; just as I would not give "The Imitation of Christ" to an atheist to explain the rational underpinnings of Christianity. The vivid characterizations make us care about Monty and Denton, which in turn makes the story more compelling. Book just as picture and described. Bad investments left him teetering at bankruptcy’s edge. Sheldon describes and creates characters that are exceedingly lifelike and deserve the reader's complete attention.
